What's so great about underdogs?
(a poem for Honduras)
The man on the radio says "we'll all be cheering on Honduras"
but not me
I hope they get murdered in every game
this is no time for ruffling hair
and giving Honduras a pound to spend on sweets
I want them to be tonked.
I don't understand why people say
wouldn't it be nice if they could just sneak an early goal.
Of course it's good when a binman wins the lottery
but this is football
I want Goliath to sit on David
and pummel him
Honduras and Billy Elliot mean nothing to me
I spend my whole life disappointed
I want to be on the winning side just this once.
